Consultation
We start with a conversation about the area you want treated, your skin and hair type, and what you're hoping for — so we can talk you through whether this treatment is a fit before anything is booked.
Patch Test
Where a treatment calls for it, a small test area is done first and given time to settle, so we both know how your skin responds before a full session goes ahead.
Your Session
The treatment itself, in a private studio room, at a pace that suits you. We're open Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat · 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Aftercare & Review
You leave with clear aftercare guidance for the treated area, and we agree together whether and when a follow-up session makes sense.
